When Syreeta Smith was 18, she dove headfirst into the waters of property management. Working for a prominent apartment community in Georgia, she soon fell in love with the excitement of meeting new clients, showing residences and helping people move into to their new homes.
In 2003 she obtained her real estate license and found her calling in new home construction. “From picking the floor plan, all the way to the finishing touches, I really enjoyed watching it all come together and seeing the completed home.” she says.

I was born in Rome, NY but was a military brat that traveled out of the country till about the age of 12 when we made Atlanta our permanent home

I really love the Brookhaven community. Its such a cute neighborhood nestled right around Atlanta and convenient to everything.

My proudest moment personally are my children. They keep me grounded and going while bring unanticipated excitement to my life :) My professional moment is my husband and I taking a leap of faith and starting our own roofing & restoration company.
PERFECT DAY
My perfect day would be relaxing at home by my pool or outdoor fireplace listening to music with family and friends.
