At just 18 years old, Syreeta Smith embarked on her real estate journey, diving into property management with a prominent apartment community in Georgia. She quickly discovered her passion for helping clients find the perfect home, whether it was through showcasing residences, guiding new tenants, or ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
Her growing enthusiasm for real estate led her to obtain her real estate license in 2003, where she found her true calling in new home construction. “From picking the floor plan all the way to the finishing touches, I truly enjoy watching it all come together and seeing a completed home,” she says.
With decades of experience in new construction home sales, Syreeta’s deep understanding of homebuilding, design, and market trends allows her to provide clients with invaluable expertise. Whether helping buyers navigate the process of purchasing a new home or assisting sellers in maximizing their property’s value, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and lasting results.

I was born in Rome, NY but was a military brat that traveled out of the country till about the age of 12 when we made Atlanta our permanent home

My proudest moment personally are my children. They keep me grounded and going while bring unanticipated excitement to my life :) My professional moment is my husband and I taking a leap of faith and starting our own roofing & restoration company.

My perfect day would be relaxing at home by my pool or outdoor fireplace listening to music with family and friends.
